Today our students will be learning about World Hello day 👋

World Hello Day is an annual event celebrated on November 21st, encouraging people to promote peace and communication through the simple act of saying “hello.” The day was established in 1973 following the Yom Kippur War, to demonstrate how communication can bridge differences and foster understanding among individuals and nations.

People celebrate World Hello Day by greeting ten or more people. The goals are to encourage communication, reduce conflict, and promote peace on a personal and global scale. Many also participate in activities such as community events, educational programs, and social media outreach to spread awareness about the importance of communication.
