We commemorated VE Day, taking advantage of the fact that all learners were present on a Wednesday. After a session explaining the significance of VE Day and our reasons for celebration, we enjoyed a quick quiz and created a paper Spitfire along with other engaging activities. The day culminated in a vibrant college ‘street party’ featuring music and food. Every learner had the opportunity to participate, ensuring they all had a fantastic time and something delicious to eat.
